"Bite by Bytes" Fonder Mr. Mazien E. Alabi
A platform where young people turn small daily actions into real earnings, real skills, and real independence — one byte at a time.
"The food is an illusion. Bite in — and find the matrix."
An animated short film about a boy who worked hard every day and had nothing to show for it.
Until the day a single bite changed everything.
The Story Behind This
In a compound in Lagos, there is a boy who wakes up before the sun decides what it wants to be.
He sweeps. He carries. He runs errands. He helps. He does not complain. He does not drag his feet. He simply works — one task, then another, then another — as the sun moves from morning to afternoon to evening.
And when the last task is done, he sits. Quietly. Outside, while the sounds of dinner happen inside. The plates. The laughter. The scrape of a spoon.
"I worked today. I worked yesterday. I worked the day before. So why does it feel like I haven't moved at all?"
He is not lazy. Not unwilling. Not unaware. He is simply living inside a system that was never designed to catch his effort and return it as something visible.
There are millions of young people like him. Not waiting for charity. Not asking for miracles. Just asking for a structure — a real, honest, working structure — where small effort can accumulate into something real.
That is why Bite by Bytes exists.
What Bite by Bytes Is
A mobile platform where young people — students, minors, emerging digital workers — complete real micro-tasks from their phones and accumulate earnings, trust, skills, and opportunity over time. Like training the body. Bite by bite.
Voice recordings, image labeling, caption writing, local research, app testing. Work that the digital world genuinely needs — delivered in 5–20 minute pieces anyone can complete.
Every contribution is tracked. Every effort builds a reputation score, a skill record, and an earnings history. Growth is not assumed — it is shown.
Minors are protected by a transparent public agreement. Working hours, fair pay, privacy, and growth — all defined and publicly visible before anyone joins.
Designed for low-data, low-end phones, and real African conditions. But open to any young person, anywhere, who has internet and the willingness to begin.

Our Commitment
If we are not transparent, negativity hides in the gaps. So everything is open. The vision, the blueprint, the rules that protect every young person inside this system.
If someone picks up this blueprint and builds it before us — and the young people get helped — that is still a win. Because the point was never the credit. The point was always the people.
"I didn't become this way in one day. Not in one week. Not one month. It was every single day — small, small — until one day it became visible. The growth was always happening. It just took time to show."
Mazien — Founder, Bite by Bytes Lagos, 2025 — a conversation at a compound gate that started everything.
